About Tim

As a natural problem solver, I’m motivated by overcoming the most complex of development and architectural jigsaw puzzles, and squeezing every possible opportunity from a site to yield wider benefits.

Calm and methodical even in the most pressured environments, I have demonstrated consistent results for clients, quickly, time after time, and using my experience to be able to determine what can move the needle by key design solutions.
