Working closely with the client and their contractor, we developed a viable proposal within the constraints of the existing building, transforming it into a long-term portfolio asset.
The project required strict adherence to spatial standards for living areas and bedrooms, compliance with fire safety regulations, and all Building Regulations requirements. We optimised the existing footprint to maximise bedroom sizes and occupancy, delivering the highest possible yields for the client.
Additionally, we provided support on party wall matters, ensuring the project progressed smoothly from design to completion.
